Class Overview
Our first meeting is central and very important. This meeting will allow us to get to know each other and discuss your objectives. It will give you the opportunity to express your needs and formalize a program to implement to achieve this. Key points will be covered: – Your current and/or previous sporting practice. – Your medical history, your pain, your concerns.. – Your diet. – Your personal and professional environment. Following the interview and assessment, I will be able to offer you a personalized program and explain the means to implement to achieve it and achieve your objectives. I will also follow up with you by measuring your fat and muscle mass. During this interview, I will answer all your questions.
