Who said an ectomorph had to bite to gain muscle?

Nicolas is one of my last students, we started our coaching 2 months ago and the results are incredible. I train it 3 times a week on one day chest, biceps, triceps, another day shoulders and back, another day legs thighs, glutes, hamstrings etc. He was able to control for himself the increase in all this muscle mass and the radical change in his body. We also work on functional exercises and we do a lot of body weight exercises to be able to also work on mobility, flexibility, endurance and strength.
