before/after 33 Pounds lost on 3 months

Maxim lost 33 pounds in just 3 months, which makes us 11 pounds per month and 2.75 pounds per week. With our training and a good diet, he was able to maintain his results over the long term and went much further.

You can see the results in the photos. He trained with me 4 times a week for intense sports coaching. Each session with me as his personal lasted an hour.

Our training sessions were Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We mixed cardio and weight training, so that he could lose fat while gaining muscle mass.

This allowed him to lose weight while building muscle and reshaping his body.
